Youth and Children

Bunyan Meeting provides a wide range of activities for all age ranges and interests. The church has a great desire to see more youth and children taking part in our many activities. Scroll down, and you'll find more information ...

StoryTime

The StoryTime Club meets on Mondays at 12noon during term time. It is for children aged 0-5, and their parents or carers. The children enjoy playing with toys, listening to a story, and singing songs. A free lunch is provided. A warm welcome awaits any new parents, carers and children!

Lloyd, one of the dads who attends, recommends Storytime: "I travel specially from Carlton to come to Storytime. It's really good - enjoyable and relaxed. I used to bring my first daughter here - now she's at school, so I'm coming along with my second daughter."

Creative Church

For children 5-11 years held monthly. Craft activities around a theme, a short time of worship and a hot meal. The next event will take place on Monday 12 March at 3pm -5pm.

Young Adults' House Group

The Young Adults' House Group is a small discussion group for 17s-30s. Meeting three times a month, the group allows theological discussions to take place in an informal manner. Dinner is often made by each host, as the venue alternates between the homes of group members.

Sunday School

After the first part of the morning service, the young people go out to Sunday School, where they receive sound Christian teaching. There is also a crèche provided for the under 3s, and a child-friendly area at the back of the church.

Youth Club

At present a Youth Club is held monthly for children between 9 and 14, with pool, table tennis, games and a discussion time.

Holiday Club

Our holiday clubs at Easter and during the summer holidays are very popular. Look out for details nearer the time.
