The guest speaker following the Annual General Meeting on 22 March will be Peter Tipping of the Projected Picture Trust. This society preserves and renovates film production and projection equipment and has a museum at Bletchley Park. Newsreel projection equipment that featured in The King’s Speech was loaned from the museum. Of particular interest, Peter will illustrate his talk with films of Bedford.
